Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to provide it, and that you agree to these terms.

Booking requests

Sending a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is only confirmed once we contact you and confirm the date, time, location and price. We may decline or reschedule a request, including where a location is outside our service area or our schedule does not allow it.

Pricing and payment

We take no payment in advance and there is no booking deposit. The price for your service is agreed with you before your booking is confirmed, and payment is due after your completed session. Prices may vary depending on the service, duration and location.

Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled in line with our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to someone else.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and a safe, suitable space for your session.
• Tell us about any health conditions, injuries, allergies or sensitivities that may be relevant before your appointment.
• Behave respectfully towards our staff at all times.
• Follow any reasonable safety or hygiene instructions we provide.

Health and safety

Massage may not be suitable for everyone, including in certain medical circumstances. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether massage is right for you. You take part in our services at your own discretion, and you are responsible for disclosing information that may affect your safety.

We may refuse, pause or end a service at any time if we believe it is unsafe, inappropriate or in breach of these terms.
